Mivale Privacy Policy

Mivale is provided by Vaayu Tech Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Mivale mobile application.

1. Local-first design

Mivale does not require an account or login and does not use a Vaayu Tech Solutions backend service.

Business profiles, customer information, service details, invoices, payment records and other information entered into Mivale are stored locally within the application on your device.

Mivale does not automatically transmit this information to Vaayu Tech Solutions.

2. Data collection

Vaayu Tech Solutions does not collect personal data, business data, invoice data, customer data, payment information or usage analytics through the Mivale application.

Mivale does not contain advertising, analytics, behavioural tracking or AI SDKs.

3. Sharing, printing, exports and backups

Mivale allows you to perform actions such as generating invoices, printing documents, sharing files, exporting reports and creating or restoring backups.

These actions occur only when you initiate them. When you choose to share, print, export or store a file using services available on your device, the selected third-party application, storage provider, operating-system service or recipient may process that information according to its own privacy terms.

Vaayu Tech Solutions does not receive copies of those files merely because you use Mivale's sharing, printing, export or backup features.

4. Device and operating-system services

Mivale stores its application data locally. Your device operating system or services that you have independently enabled may provide device backup, file storage or similar functionality.

Such services are controlled by you and their respective providers and are not operated by Vaayu Tech Solutions.

5. Data retention and deletion

Because Mivale does not operate a backend account or server storing your Mivale data, Vaayu Tech Solutions does not retain your business, customer, invoice or payment records through the app.

Data stored by Mivale remains on your device until it is removed through the application, removed as part of application or device management, or the application is uninstalled, subject to any device backups or copies that you have independently created.

Files that you export, share or back up are under your control and must be managed or deleted from the locations where you chose to store them.

6. Support communications

If you voluntarily contact Vaayu Tech Solutions for support, we may receive information that you choose to provide, such as your email address, message and any files you attach.

This information is used as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, troubleshoot the issue, maintain appropriate business records or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Support communications are separate from Mivale's normal operation. The Mivale application does not automatically send your application data to Vaayu Tech Solutions.

7. Children

Mivale is a business invoicing application and is not designed or marketed specifically for children.

8. Security

Mivale is designed to reduce privacy exposure by keeping application data local rather than transmitting it to a Vaayu Tech Solutions backend.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for securely storing any invoices, reports or backup files that you export from Mivale.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Mivale's functionality or data-handling practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.

If a future version of Mivale introduces cloud services, accounts, analytics or other functionality that changes how information is collected or processed, this policy and the applicable app-store privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.
