This notice applies to this website (the Vaayu Tech Solutions marketing site) only. It does not describe, and should not be read as describing, the data practices of any future production version of Vaayu AR Resolution Copilot.

What this website does

This website is primarily informational. It describes Vaayu Tech Solutions and the AR Resolution Copilot early-access initiative. It does not currently provide any mechanism to upload, submit, or process customer financial records, invoices, or other business data.

Information you provide to us

If you contact us by email — for example, to request a demo or ask a question — we will receive whatever information you choose to include in that message, such as your name, email address, company, and role. We use that information only to respond to you and to coordinate any demo or conversation you've requested.

We do not currently operate any form, database, or automated system on this website that collects personal information beyond what you send us directly by email.

What we do not claim

We do not claim that this website processes no personal data at all — email correspondence inherently involves some. We also do not claim certification or formal compliance with any specific data protection framework, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for this website.

Future product privacy terms

If and when Vaayu Tech Solutions moves toward processing real customer or financial data as part of a pilot or production product, we will provide separate, specific privacy and data-handling terms before any such processing begins. This notice does not describe that future functionality.
