This Privacy Notice applies to the Vaayu Tech Solutions website and to information you provide when contacting us about the company or its products.

Individual Vaayu products may have separate privacy notices that describe their own data-handling practices. For example, Mivale has a separate Mivale Privacy Policy.

2. What this website does

This website is primarily informational. It describes Vaayu Tech Solutions, its products, product-validation initiatives, support information and related company information.

The website does not currently provide a Vaayu-operated form or mechanism for uploading customer financial records, invoices, credentials or other sensitive production business data.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. Depending on the enquiry, this may include information such as your name, email address, company, role, message content and any attachments that you choose to send.

Vaayu Tech Solutions does not currently use Vaayu-operated website forms, advertising trackers or behavioural analytics on this marketing website.

The website is currently hosted using Vercel infrastructure. Like other web-hosting and security providers, Vercel may process limited technical information necessary to deliver, operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. This may include information such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser or device information, request information, system configuration and service logs.

Such infrastructure-level processing is performed by the relevant service provider according to its applicable terms, privacy notice and service configuration.

This website also embeds the official D&B D-U-N-S® Registered™ verification seal supplied by Dun & Bradstreet. When a page containing the seal is loaded, your browser connects directly to Dun & Bradstreet infrastructure. Dun & Bradstreet may therefore receive standard technical information associated with that web request in accordance with its own privacy practices.

5. Cookies, advertising and analytics

Vaayu Tech Solutions does not currently deploy advertising cookies, behavioural advertising tools or Vaayu-operated analytics on this website.

Hosting, security or other infrastructure providers may use technical mechanisms necessary to operate and protect their services. If Vaayu later introduces analytics, advertising, consent-managed cookies or similar technologies, this notice will be updated before or when those practices are introduced, as appropriate.
